Timesheet for 2012
Following are three versions of the TMN-COT Timesheet for the year 2012. When submitted electronically, the EXCEL and WORD versions of this form make it possible to calculate your hourly totals electronically. Please use the EXCEL form if possible. Please submit all timesheets to Membership Chair, Jerry Eppner, at TMNmembership@gmail.com. Interns please note: Instructions on how to record and submit all hours that you earn as an intern and wish to apply toward initial certification will be provided in class sessions.
